This Privacy Policy explains how SOAP – Só Apresentações Lda ("SOAP", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) ("GDPR").   • Recruitment data: up to 2 years after submission
  • Marketing and newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn

After these periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Data Security

SOAP implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data, and to protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorised access.

However, clients and website users should ensure that their devices and browsers are kept up to date and protected with security software (firewalls, antivirus, anti-spyware).

Our website may include links to external websites not operated by SOAP. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites.

8. Data Processors and Transfers

Your personal data may be shared, on a need-to-know basis, with SOAP's employees, officers, directors, managers, and selected service providers (e.g. IT or legal advisors) solely for the purposes described above.

All processors are contractually bound to comply with GDPR and maintain appropriate data protection measures.

SOAP does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
